There are two types of leukemia that are observed among patients.
• Acute leukemia- Acute leukemia is the most common type of leukemia found in children. In this case the lymphoid cells start to grow rapidly. In myeloid leukemia, the myeloid cells increase at a faster rate
• Chronic leukemia- chronic lymphatic leukemia is a slow- growing type of cancer of lymphoid cells. It usually happens in adults. In other case, myeloid cancer cells start expanding.
Conclusion
Leukemia cancer is that form of cancer which spreads in blood and takes up the form of blood cancer. The two different types of leukemia cancer are quite different from each other but the symptoms might be same.
